We had a big weekend from one end of the island to the other.  We went to the ground braking of a sailing school that will teach village boys to build and repair sail boats and eventually be open to certify tourist to sail.
The board of directors were an hour late to show up.

Our view was of a stranded Japanese ship that ran aground is stuck until.... I don't know how they'll get out they've already been stuck for more than a week.
Journey and I got surrounded by local beach goers.
And after all the ceremony stuff was done we went to the southernmost beach for a bit.
The next day we went to the northern most part of the island to the foot of the second larges mountain/volcano in the country.
