Easter morning :o)

 Journey has 4 little friends here so my momma sent a doll for each of them to play with.  The green doll Journey got for Christmas and the other on I got to bring over here before I got married, so I'd have a doll for kids to play with when they came over.

We just got dressed to go to Good Friday service.  Journey, full of sweetness and volume, "helped" with a prayer, a responsive reading, and part of the sermon.  But really was good for a 2+ hour service.

 I like fishing.

 I'll have some up in my Easter dress in a day or two. :o)

 I like tasting grass better than fishing. :o)

Twice, on our nightly walks before bed, I've seen a dark cat-like creature in our neighbourhood.  But it's tail is to long to be a cat, especially since most cats here have stumpy tails because of having a small genetics pool.
This is a luak.  This is the animal the help "process" the most expensive coffee in the world.  They are cute but I'm still not so sure about their coffee. :o)

 A happy girl sitting at the table with her daddy and int there matching play pants.  Journey's look just like some one of the little rascals would wear, since they are made from what I cut off of Hector's pants and are currently held up with safety pins.  I'll get buttons on them sometime. :o)

Monkey tails need to be curved on the end or it ends up looking like your kids dressed as a mouse.

My literacy class with Sue.  She mixes up T, N, and R.  She knows the sounds that two letters make together but can't see how they go together to make a whole word.  Not so helpful that her mom sat in the back ground and says, "Stupid" as we work.  I read in a novel that coled cellophane can help some people with dyslexia...  At least she's sweet and wants to learn. :o)

 6 months old!

Hector went carpenter happy and decided to replace my book shelf which had termites in it

 and build a cupbard for the kitchen.

 The book shelf looks good now in Journey's big girl room.

 Her crib became a canging table.

And now she sleeps here.

 The Balinese Hindu's just had their day of silence, where they are not allowed to light fires, turn on lights, enjoy entertainment, or travel.  They do this basically to hide from evil spirits and to start their new year off well.

 The Ogoh-ogoh parade happens the day before that.  A priest tries to put spirits into the floats and they try to scare other evil spirits away.

 Most of the floats are monsters but some have some are not so bad.

 Growing up fast!

 We didn't get the house we were hoped for so we'll stay put in our old house for a while longer.

 I was worried that the other house wouldn't have a place to hang my swing.

 We were worried that we wouldn't be able to fit a big bed in Journey's room and she was about to outgrow her crib...

 After two nights where she woke up and screamed every time I tried to put her in her crib, she got a big girl bed and it fit in the room!

First morning to wake up in the big girl bed. :o)
