Advice:  all in one short visit...
"You can't hang underwear up on a cloths line above that hangs above people's head."
"Why is your baby only in a diaper?  She needs a shirt so she wont get sick."
"Your bed is to tall.  You'll have to lower it." (After a few days I figured this one out, she thinks Journey sleeps with us at night.  I'm sure she'd have had more advice if she knew that Journey sleeps in her own room in her crib.
"You can't use an electric fan with a baby.  My nephew is coughs and can't get fat because of it."
"You should put a matres (in the dinning room) for her to nap in."
"She's hot."  (After telling me not to use a fan, she fan's her with paper.)
"She'll have a little brother next because she has one fat wrinkle in her legs."

Journey got to spend the afternoon with a babysitter and to thank her Journey dressed up and gave her candy corn. :o)

Goats for sale along road side stands mark the fact that Idul Adhah is very near.
The goats that are sold will be taken to mosques this Friday, October 26th, killed in the name of "Allah the most merciful" and the meat distributed to the poor.  Everyone will have their fill of meat Friday and Saturday. (Most people don't have refrigerators and wouldn't think of freezing meat even if they did have one.)
This holiday is supposed to remember God providing a ram to sacrifice in place of his son.  Pray that our friends will understand that God also provided the sacrifice for their sins.  Amen.

Hector meet a lady the other day who has gone blind because of a tumor and also fell and broke her leg.  Hector is planing to go see her again on Monday with Tri and Tony so that they can pray for her healing and share good news with her.  God often dose the miraculous in places like this when we are ready to see Him do big things.  Please pray with us that the woman will meet Him and that He will use her to be a testimony of His greatness.
"Mom, let Journey spend the night."  This family is so sweet to our family and their little boys love babies and little kids.

My momma wants me to send Journey to the US for a visit, so I boxed her up. :o)

Now the really funny thing about this photo is that after I took it I ran outside to try and catch neighbour to ask her a question and got stopped by some more neighbours.  They asked where my baby was so I stepped back in to get her and they saw me pull her out of a cardboard box sitting in the floor.  "You keep her there?!"
These are some of the kids that Hector's been substitute teaching for the past thee weeks. :o)  Hector had a great time with the 1st-11th graders.

Most of the time Journey and I are at home but we like to go visit. The little girl in pink just had cleft pallet surgery and has already had her cleft lip fixed through the organization that sponsors our visa.
After this photo Journey was passed around a few more times and taken out to meet the neighbors.

3 weeks old, on our way to the consulate.  She's waring my dress that I wore home from the hospital and to church the first time.  She'll ware it to church on her 1 month birthday this Sunday the 14th.
I made this dress in 2007 for Luke when I found out his mom was going to have a baby but he got a brother and not a sister, so he didn't need a truck dress for Will. :o)  But Journey likes it.

This is Journey's buddy Issac, who is one month older than her and just got here from Australia.  And below are the 3 little girls all born here in country all 6 months apart.  There's also one more little girl who's 1 and a half.  She starts out our little gang of 5.
