"She has hard skin?" Tri asked. I thought she must have crust on her that I didn't get washed off.... "I mean thick skin." Tri clarified. "Oh, because of the wind?" I began to understand. Every morning when Tri comes over she finds Journey, only in a dipper which Indonesians would never do because wind might blow into their babies and make them sick.
Sweet visitors. I'm fairly sure Indonesians wouldn't let little people hold little babies either. But this little girl had said she wanted to.
Daddy's girl's almost ready to play ball. :o)

At the hospital meeting new friends. Agis finally has her 3rd "little sibling." Respecting age is important here. So even the other night when we took Journey to the doctor for her check up, every parent who walked by with a child would point Journey out to their kid and say, "look at the adik (younger sibling.)"

Journey Charis Loughran was born on September 14 at 4:40 am. 47 centimeters long weighing 3.1 kilos. We went into the delivery room at 11am on the 13th expecting to have a baby around 6pm. At 8pm still no dayview. At 12 midnight they broke my water and gave me inducing drugs. At 3 still no baby, so we had an emergency C-section around 4 but everyone came out healthy.
Our little "chili."
Reading the Bible with her daddy in the hospital.
Ready to head home from the hospital, black hair clipped up in a bow. :o)
